Today more than ever our planet cries out for us to help, care for and protect it as its children, day after day, we see its incessant strength wreak havoc on our species and on our supposed achievements or advances. We are at a point of no return, and I see this as a sign that we may not have heard yet, but it is urgent.
We are in an era where the vanity of material things distracts us, leading us to lose the wealth and spiritual peace that we really need to be happy.
Today it takes 5 minutes of reflection on what you take away from the earth and what you offer, it is certainly less, as this gives us everything, so today on this date I want to invite you to live with the law of "3R", Reduce the materials you use (plastics, (wood, (paper, waste or others), Reuse things that don't seem to work, but if you manage them, you can put them back into your life and the lives of others who need them, and finally Recycle as much material as you can.
If you can establish something as simple as this in the day to day of your life, it will be a lot of love you give to the earth, so that together we can contribute to protect the Pachamama.
