Regularowl: upvoting relatiate flags 11-04-2019

It is time for another semi-automised post. I finally rewrote some code. I was working a bit on my two drugwar-bots but the corresponding accounts got reset so I have been messing around with the regularowl code. As you can see below the upvoting of retaliate flags is way more balanced than before cough

In all fairness the update was only done towards the end of the upvoting cycle. The barchart gives the top 4 upvote receivers. Currently, it works using a probabilistic approach per regularowl run. More specifically, the probability of getting a vote from regularowl reduces the more votes you get. In addition, regularowl only upvotes posts and comments which are above the dustthreshold after receiving a vote from regularowl. So it does dustsweeper/dustbunny type of thing
