Under Impression
The wallows and howling speech of men
Passes not too far within
The convoluted ideas of humans
Only brings us closer to sin
But at least we are under the impression
That life is great and we think we have peace within
When we crash and burn
And blame God for everything
When in reality
We were under the impression
That we are the superior
And peace and life is given in return
We try to think we are in control
But we are still under the impression
The impression of our continuing sin
