Gersiel no sólo pasa momentos difíciles por la irresponsabilidad de su alumno, sino que también debe pasar por situaciones incómodas por su exceso de sinceridad.

En la vida, a veces nos encontramos con personas así. Suelen escudar la falta de delicadeza o imprudencia bajo la excusa “es que yo soy así y al que no le guste, que mire hacia otro lado”.

Si bien es cierto que se debe tratar de ser lo más autentico posible al momento de interactuar con las personas, también es cierto que hay momentos y ocasiones para ciertas conductas o comentarios. Incluso chistes entre amigos pueden poner a la otra parte en una situación incómoda si se dicen en el momento y el lugar inadecuado.

El manejo de las relaciones públicas es todo un arte y aprenderlo lleva tiempo y dedicación. Antes de hacer un chiste fuera de lugar, debemos preguntarnos “¿cómo me sentiría si alguien bromeara conmigo de esa forma delante de un extraño?”. Tomarnos ese pequeño momento de reflexión puede ser la diferencia entre hacer un momento divertido e interesante o convertirlo en un recuerdo embarazoso y desagradable.

Gersiel not only has difficult times due to his student's irresponsibility, but also has to go through uncomfortable situations due to his excess of sincerity.

In life, sometimes we meet such people. They usually hide the lack of delicacy or imprudence under the excuse "it's just that I'm like that and whoever doesn't like it, should look the other way".

While it is true that we should try to be as authentic as possible when we are interacting with people, it is also true that there are times and occasions for certain behaviors or comments. Even jokes between friends can put the other part in an awkward situation if they are said at the wrong time and place.

Managing public relations is an art and learning it takes time and dedication. Before making a joke that is off the mark, we should ask ourselves, "How would I feel if someone joked with me like that in front of a stranger?" Taking that little moment of reflection can be the difference between making a moment fun and interesting or turning it into an embarrassing and unpleasant memory.
