Hurricane Harvey Nailing Texas
Hurricane Harvey made landfall on the Texas coast Friday evening between Port Aransas and Port O'Connor. Harvey struck as a Category 4 Hurricane and will stall out which is bad. When these storms don't "move out" they dump mass amounts of rain. This storm can linger around the Texas coast longe enough to dump 30+ inches of rain.
