美味的法式吐司配无花果早餐
现在英国已经进入秋天,也正值无花果当造的季节。如果你早餐吃惯了普通的吐司,不妨试试无花果配法式吐司吧?这样配搭的早餐又简单又有营养,呵呵。
我很喜欢经典的法式吐司,很有奶香而且很柔软。它的做法也相当简单哦,就是把鸡蛋,牛奶,糖混合成均匀的液体,然后将吐司正反两面沾满蛋奶液,用平底锅和黄油文火煎至两面金黄即可。
金黄的吐司吃起来特别绵密松软,再配上新鲜清甜的无花果和枫树糖浆,好吃得让你停不下来,呵呵。一天的好心情从美好的早餐开始!你也来试试吧。
