Short rib

My name is David I am a chef living in Amsterdam
This is my short rib recipe,
I will be bringing new recipes out whenever I have the time
I like this recipe as it is easy
For four ribs:
In a large pan add the ribs with 1,5 liters of cola ,1 liter ketjap manis(sweet soy sauce)
Few cloves of garlic,rosemary little bunch few roughly cu5 onions and 2 chilies.
Bring to the boil once boiling turn to a very low heat and cover the pan.
You will need to simmer this along time I usually cook it 3 to 3 1/2 hours
Or until tender.
Once tender serve with a little sweet soy dabbed on top.
