The peaches are ON...in Southern Utah! Waves of fruit coming off the trees right ...

... now and this peach wave is my favorite!!!!! Harveting a few dozen a day and eating them fresh. We also intend on making peach mead/melomel. Mead is the fizzy lifting drink of the food forest. ;) This is the Bonanaza dwarf peach. I’ll post more info on her genetics below.
