Black garlic
- has twice the antioxidant properties of conventional garlic (Antioxidants protect the cells from disease and are thought to slow down the aging process)
- helps to lower cholesterol and decrease the risk of cancer,
- infection protection
- is rich in manganese, calcium, phosphorus, selenium, and vitamins B6 and C
- protects against clotting, retards plaque, improves lipids, and reduces blood pressure
- you can do it at home
- there’s no smell. Tastes sweet, smoky, subtle flavor.
