Splinterlands - David vs Goliath

I joined Splinterlands a few days ago and I'm still using the starter set of cards.
Doing today's daily quest I had to face this battle (I'm with the Life Splinter, the left one)...

Seeing those "cool" cards on the opponent's team I just thought: "I'm dead."

Well... this battle proved that a good deck of starter cards can overwhelm an enemy with powerful ones: battle link.
