About this photograph
This photo is taken by me in last weak. That time it was heavy raining in Cumilla city. It was two days raining in continuously. For that time the water drainage system not able to work properly. For that a water logging situation are appeared in Cumilla city.
This day i had gone to Cumilla EPZ for my work by a Electric easy bike. That time i captured this photo from this easy bike.
