Li's Inner Demon.

Struggling against Li's high-speed inner demon and shifting energy shields, I found small openings but was ultimately overpowered. After a checkpoint restart, I finally overpowered the boss, only for a cutscene to trigger where Li pulled Miles directly into his distorted, dark realm to pursue a massive shadow monster.

After Li's inner demon came out, he became fast, and his power was blocking mine. So I had to look for an opening while he kept attacking me, dodging his aggressive dark energy bursts at the very last second.

Well, I found an opening, and I broke him out of that big shield. But after beating him up for a moment, he overpowered me and took me down, throwing me violently across the arena floor as my health bar dropped to zero.

Fortunately, the restart happened at the last checkpoint, and I didn't have to start fighting Li from the beginning. Then, I started beating up the supervillain with all I had, waiting for his defense to crack.

But he seemed like the toughest boss in this game till now, as his inner demon kept coming up and giving him shield. But at last, I overpowered him, landing a heavy venom-infused strike right through his defensive aura.

Yeah, I overpowered the supervillain once more, or I would say, for multiple times already. But still, the story didn't want me to win over him. So Li just got up, and he tried something else this time, channeling a massive surge of negative energy toward the sky.

While Miles was going to stop him, he invited Miles into his dark realm, mentioning they would do this his way, and the surrounding world dissolved into a pitch-black ink as they were pulled underneath.

After getting into that dark realm, I didn't see Li anymore, but it was that big monster that started escaping me, urging me to chase it, its giant glowing eyes staring down at me.

It looked like it was a dark city floating on the ocean, while that monster was floating ahead and I was swinging behind it non-stop, launching my webs from inverted skyscrapers.

The whole scene was distorted, and I kept chasing the monster till the chase came to an end. And when I was about to catch him and even kicked him, but Miles was like fell into a black hole or something, the entire camera view spinning wildly out of control into absolute darkness.
