MY MELON PROCEDURES THAT IS ABOUT TO HARVEST IN THE FARM (EGUSI)
Hello my fellow hive members,I greet you all,I hope we all are doing great,I am posting the procedures of my melon that is about to harvest in the farm,I know you will love to know some procedures of some processing melon harvesting
I went to the farm on Monday morning to weed grasses in the farm and guild the cassava stems so that they can improve and produce well so after weeding in the afternoon time around 1:pm,I decided to gather the melon with his cover which is protecting the melon seed,so that I can break them.
This is me when I was weeding in the farm clearing grass from the cassava stem and also guilding them with sand so that they protected and improve with good crops.
This is the cassava crops that I guided with sand.
The egusi plant looks so much like a watermelon plant that most botanists think it is one. The fruit looks so much like a small, round, watermelon that the two are also easily confused.1 However on the inside the egusi fruit is neither red, nor luscious, nor sweet. Indeed, it is white and dry and bitter enough to be repulsive. This is one fruit not even monkeys bother with. But for all that egusi is a food crop…and far from a small one at that
Look the beauty of the farm when it is weeded.
I gathered it all in the farm that I have weeded and I started breaking them one after the other.
I break them all one after the other and I gathered them one place, then I covered it very well so that I can protect them from bush animals so that they won't eat it up.
I covered it very well so that I can prevent the melon from bush animal, after 5 days it will be due to bring out the seed from the cover.
I know you will love to read and k ow more about melon and EGUSI that is used to cook soup.
I will be waiting for your comments and support.
