Photography : Exploring Mom's Garden

My mom has always been busying herself in the yard. Back in our home town, our yard would be filled with Bougainvillea, any kind, any color you could possibly found. While in the backyard, there would be apotek hidup, the term used to describe the yard that filled with any plantation that can be used for cooking or medication.

After moving to another city, she has started to recreate her yard/backyard again. This time, as she lives quite in the village, she kinda struggle with planting anything as neighbour animal keep eating them. Yes, we don't and we have no plan to build a fence.

So, here are some of the flowers in her yard. The apotek hidup is still under construction 😃
