Chiken noodles

Assalamu Alaikum everyone!

I hope you’re all doing well. Alhamdulillah, I’m doing great too. Today, I’m excited to share another delicious recipe with you all. This is my own way of making chicken spaghetti. I know there are so many different recipes out there, and everyone has their own style, but I recently tried this version, and honestly, it turned out so flavorful that my family absolutely loved it. If you enjoy quick, easy, and tasty meals, then you should definitely give this recipe a try.

Ingredients:

Spaghetti
Chicken (cut into long strips)
Green bell pepper (capsicum)
Carrot (julienned)
Green onions (spring onions)
Cooking oil
1 chicken cube
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper
Your favorite seasoning or spice mix
Tomato ketchup
Vinegar (optional)

Method:

First, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add a little salt and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until it is perfectly tender. Once it is cooked, drain it well and rinse it with cold water. This helps stop the cooking process and keeps the spaghetti from sticking together.

While the spaghetti is cooking, prepare the chicken. Slice it into long, thin strips. Heat some cooking oil in a pan and add the chicken. Season it with salt and black pepper, then cook over medium heat until the chicken changes color and starts releasing its natural juices. Continue cooking until the water dries up and the chicken begins to fry lightly in the oil.

Now add the julienned carrots. Since carrots take a little longer to cook, let them soften for a few minutes before adding the other vegetables. Once the carrots are slightly tender, add the sliced green bell pepper. Stir-fry everything together for another couple of minutes.

Next, add the chicken cube, your favorite seasoning, and the chopped green onions. Taste the mixture and add more salt if needed, keeping in mind that the chicken was already seasoned earlier. Mix everything well so that all the flavors combine beautifully.

Finally, add tomato ketchup and a splash of vinegar. The vinegar is completely optional, so you can skip it if you prefer. Stir everything together until the sauce coats the chicken and vegetables evenly.

Now it's time to assemble the dish. In a large pot, spread a layer of cooked spaghetti. Spoon some of the chicken and vegetable mixture over it. Repeat the same process, making two or three layers until all the ingredients are used.

Cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid and let it cook on low heat for 10 to 15 minutes. This steaming process allows all the flavors to blend together and makes the spaghetti incredibly delicious.

Your homemade chicken spaghetti is now ready to serve! Dish it out while it's hot and enjoy it with your family. It’s simple, full of flavor, and perfect for lunch or dinner.
