Bread pizza
Assalamualaikum everyone!
Today I want to share a very easy and tasty Bread Pizza recipe with you. This recipe is perfect for busy days when you want to make something delicious in a short time. My kids love this recipe and it also saves a lot of time.
Ingredients for Chicken Tikka:
1 kg boneless chicken, cut into small slices
Chicken tikka masala
Garlic powder
A little salt
1 to 2 tablespoons vinegar
A little oil for cooking
Ingredients for Bread Pizza:
Bread slices
Mozzarella cheese
Ketchup or any sauce you like
Mayonnaise (optional)
Bell pepper
Onion
First, prepare the chicken one night before. Add chicken tikka masala, garlic powder, salt and vinegar to the chicken. Mix everything very well. Cover it with plastic wrap and keep it in the refrigerator overnight so the chicken can absorb all the flavors.
The next day, add a little oil to a pan and cook the chicken on low heat. The chicken will release its own water and become soft. When the water dries, lightly fry the chicken in the same oil. Your chicken tikka is now ready.
I usually make 1 kg of chicken at one time because it is very useful. I use the same chicken for many different recipes. Sometimes I add it to chow mein, sometimes I use it for pizza and sometimes I use it for paratha rolls. This saves a lot of time during the week.
Now let's make the bread pizza.
Preheat your oven to 250°C. Place the bread slices on a baking tray. Spread ketchup, mayonnaise or any sauce you like on top. Then add the prepared chicken. After that, add sliced bell peppers and onions.
Finally, add mozzarella cheese on top.
Put the tray in the oven for about 15 minutes. Since all the ingredients are already cooked, we only need to melt the cheese and make the bread a little crispy.
Take it out and serve while it is hot.
This recipe is very tasty, quick and easy. It is perfect for lunch, snacks or dinner. Children really enjoy eating it and it is also a great way to save time on busy days.
