Comfort Zone
A Comfort zone is where most of you are now. A job that is not good for you, but better than unemployment anyway. A relationship that is not good but better than loneliness. A house that is not good and big. But at least you can sleep in it at night.
You are not satisfied in your safe area, but because you are used to it and it gives you a false security. You stick to it and do not travel to other areas of life.
Your belief is: "How do you know there is a better region than this?"
You are in your safe zone, a prisoner of your limiting fears and beliefs, you are in your safe zone afraid to change, to express yourself and to go towards your dreams and aspirations.
Giving up is something that most people prefer not to do. Giving up is frightening because it is often accompanied by suffering. Suffering is a separation from old beliefs, beliefs, hopes and dreams.
Problems arise when you want to change your life, but at the same time you do not give up your safe zone.
The two are not compatible and you have to choose one. You can not choose one thing without ignoring the other.
