Crowdfunding travellers project

We are thinking to build a couchsurfing facility in the Togean Islands central Sulawesi Indonesia. If possible we would like to get it financed by crowdfunding.

We own 1 hectare of elevated land with primary djungle and a coconut plantation on it. We made one small house close to the land on top of the water in the mangrove area. The places name is Kogutu and it's close to Katupat village Togean. Kogutu is surrounded by sea water at 3 sides. We are a Scuba dive operator and plan to run our dive boat all around Togean Islands, built a restaurant and do organic farming. The couchsurfing place would give us possible customers for snorkel and dive trips as well as making a living with the income of the restaurant. Now how to realise this. Does anybody have ideas for this? I will continue this post and give more details about who we are and what we do.
