天气突然降温
这几天各地的天气都是突然一秒入冬，从夏天直接到了冬天，一点也没给人反应的机会，很多南方城市还下起了雪。
气温骤降也容易带来各种疾病，流行性感冒、病毒性感冒、各种传染疾病都进入了高发期。想要不生病就一定要注意饮食卫生，勤洗手，勤锻炼增强免疫力。天气寒冷一定要注意保暖，添加衣物，多喝热开水，让身体保持温暖，避免生病。
