Noble Words : Understand the strength within !
In this life, we all were gifted with certain qualities. Every person differ from another on the basis of their qualities. Some have good looks, while others have good knowledge, some have power, while others money etc etc. It is important for us to have the right use of these qualities to lead a meaningful life. Sanskrit have a very important teaching in these lines :
अप्रगल्भस्य या विद्या कृपणस्य च यद्धनं |
यच्च बाहुबलं भीरो व्यर्थमेतत्त्रयं भुवि ||
Apragalbhasya yaa vidyaa krupanasya cha yaddhanam.
Yaccha baahubalam bheero vyarthmetattryam bhuvi.
Apragalbhasya = an illiterate person's
Yaa = that
Vidyaa = learning, knowledge.
Krupanasya = a miser's.
Yaddhanam = yat + dhanam.
Yat = that.
Dhanam = wealth.
Yaccha = yat + cha.
Cha = and.
Baahubalam = strong in arm, good physique.
Bheero = a coward.
Vyarthmetattryam = vyartham + etat + tryam.
Vyartham = futile, useless.
Etat = these.
Tryam = three.
Bhuvi = the Earth.
i.e. In this world knowledge and learning for an illiterate person, wealth for a miser and good physique for a coward person, all these three facilities are useless for them (because they are unable to enjoy any benefit out of these).
Identifying and utilizing our qualities allows us to grow and develop further. This involves recognizing our strengths and working on areas where we can improve, leading to a more well-rounded and capable individual. When we understand our strengths, we can leverage them to overcome challenges and find creative solutions. In the above lines, neither a illiterate person nor the miser and the coward can enjoy their qualities. Simply because their attitude towards life is not allign with the qualities they possess.
Learning is Passion!!
