Noble Words : Too dumb to care !

There are many people who unable to enjoy the good things happen into their life. There mindset build is in such a way that they could not figure out the good things. Either they remain clueless or remain unaltered to react. These people unable to enjoy the life completely. Highlighting the existence of these kind of people Sanskrit have following words to say ;

लक्ष्मीर्लक्षणहीने च कुलहीने सरस्वती |

अपात्रे लभते नारी मेघवर्षन्तु पर्वते ||

Lakshmirlakshanaheene cha kulaheene Sarasvati .
Apaatre labhate naari meghavarshantu parvate.

Lakshmirlakshanaheene = Lakshmih + lakshana + heene.
Lakshmih = wealth.
Lakshana = (good) characteristics.
Heena = bereft of, without.
Cha = and.
Kulaheene = of low origin or dynasty.
Sarasvati = Goddess associated with knowledge and learning (here reference to a person's power of speech.)
Apaatre = an unworthy person.
Labhate = marries.
Naari = a woman.
Meghavarshantu = megha + varshantu.
Megha = cloud.
Varshantu = rain pouring out .
Parvate = a mountain

i.e. If a person devoid of good thoughts and values ​​becomes very rich, a person of low caste / origin becomes an orator, and an unworthy person becomes the husband of a learned / cultured woman, then all these circumstances are as meaningless and futile as clouds raining on a mountain (without vegetation).

Even when good fortune arrives, people may still struggle to break old habits or change long-standing behaviors because these patterns are so deeply entrenched. Citing the example of these few person the scholars highlighted the extreme nature of human being. The "unworthy" husband may fail to provide the emotional, intellectual, or social support the cultured woman requires. Whereas a person who is devoid of good thoughts on becoming rich, never make the proper use of his wealth or money. It is often observed that the individuals described in the above proverb lack good manners, restraint in speech, and sociability, which they occasionally display.

"Too dumb to care" describes these kind of people who lacks the intelligence or awareness to understand the importance or consequences of a situation, leading them to be unconcerned or indifferent.
