Noble Words : Tolerance is the gift of the mind !

Tolerance is a positive attribute for both men and women because it fosters personal growth, creates stronger relationships, and builds a more peaceful society. Tolerance is a quality that enhances an individual's character and social standing, much like a fine adornment. However, tolerance is hard to achieve innlofe because it requires effort to set aside our deeply ingrained personal experiences and worldviews to see things from another's perspective. Highlighting the unique phenomenon Sanskrit says ;

अलङ्रकारो हि नारीणां क्षमा तु पुरुषस्य वा |

दुष्करं तच्च वः क्षान्तं त्रिदशेषु विशेषतः||

Alankaaro hi naareenaam kshamaa tu puirushasya cha.
Dushkaram taccha vah kshaantam tradasheshu visheshatah.

Alamkaaro = decoration.
Hi = surely.
Naareenaam = women.
Kshamaa = forgiveness, tolerance.
Tu = and.
Purushasya = a man's.
Vaa = also
Dushkaram = difficult, arduous.
Taccha = and that.
Vah = they
Kshaantam = patient, enduring.
Tridasheshu = divine nature.
Visheshatah = especially.

i.e. The beauty of women lies in their forgiving nature, and so too is the case with men. But it is even more difficult to be so, to be tolerant and especially to be of a calm nature.

Practicing tolerance requires patience and emotional regulation, especially when confronted with behaviors or ideas you disagree with. This practice helps you manage your ego and respond with greater calmness and thoughtfulness, rather than reacting in anger. Not everyone is comfortable to adapt tontolerance. Tolerance is complex, often requiring us to tolerate things we dislike, leading to the difficult "tolerance paradox" where tolerating intolerance itself threatens the existence of tolerance.

Hence not everyone one is tolerant enough in life. They sometime tried to adapt, but unable to sustain the qualities for long. But the person who is adorned with this qualities is always lives in peace and harmony.
