Noble Words : A man is great by deeds, not by birth!
Everyone wants to achive. Respect, fame and glory. But these are something which needs to be earned. It is not easy to gain everything easily. Ultimately, it all leads to some noble deeds by an individual to get all these together. Performing a good deed often leads to feelings of satisfaction, happiness, and self-worth in the doer mind and attitude, which can contribute to overall well-being. When one person performs a noble deed, it can inspire others to do the same, creating a chain reaction of positive actions within a community.
To highlight the importance, of noble deeds in life, Sanskrit has following to say :
सत्यानुसारिणी लक्ष्मी कीर्तिस्तस्यानुसारिणी|
अभ्याससारिणी विद्या बुद्धिः कर्मानुसारिणी||
Satyaanusaarinee Lakshmi keertistasyaanusaarinee.
Abhaasasaarinee vidyaa buddhih karmaanusaarinee.
Satyaanusaarinee = Satya + anusaarinee.
Satya = truthfulness.
Anusaarinee = follows, goes after.
Lakshmi = wealth, riches. Kedertistasyaanusaarinee = keertih + tasya + anusaaranee.
Keertih = glory, fame.
Tasya = its.
Abhyaasasaarinee = demanding regular practice or recapitulation.
Vidyaa = learning, knowledge Buddhih = intelligence, mind.
Karmaanusaarinee = karma + anusaarinee. Karma = action, activity
Wealth follows those persons who are truthful and honest and so also glory and fame. Knowledge and learning follows those persons who regularly revise and recapitulate whatever they have learnt, and intelligence or mentality develops according to their actions, i.e. good if they indulges in noble deeds and bad if they indulges in treachery and harming others.
Noble deeds lead to good results by creating a positive ripple effect, improving the lives of those directly helped. Doing good deeds generates positive outcomes both for the recipient and the person performing the act. It foster a more compassionate community, enhancing the doer's self-esteem, and potentially inspiring others to perform similar acts of kindness, ultimately contributing to a better society as a whole. Engaging in noble deeds can promote personal growth by developing empathy, compassion, and a sense of responsibility towards others.
Instead of fostering jealousy and enviosness, we should open for good deeds whenever possible. It does notbtake much, except a clean heart and clear intention.
