Bite by bite, my love for Momo grows stronger.

I am yet to get over from the Momos hangover. The thought of cooking momos easily at homes is never ending. The taste of it was far better than those available in the market. There is always a point of discussion, If the dish was is more liked by girls or is for both. I find the balance is more tilted towards the girls. We like the tangy and spicy dish when combined with different chutney. The small, bite-sized nature of momos can be seen as cute and satisfying, especially when paired with flavorful dipping sauces. Last time, when I cooked them, I took some pictures.

Momos are popular among girls because they are considered a tasty, convenient, and often healthy snack option, with a variety of filling choices including vegetables and lean protein, making them appealing to health-conscious individuals. Just like a Momo, I am soft on the outside but full of surprises on the inside. Without the spicy chutney, momos have no taste. More Tangy the chutney is the more tasty the momos are.

Steamed momos are often seen as a lighter, healthier choice compared to other street food options. Sharing a plate of momos with friends is a fun and casual dining experience. The small size of momos makes it easy to control portions and avoid overeating. The soft dough and flavorful filling combination provides a satisfying eating experience. The spicy, tangy chutneys that accompany momos enhance the flavor and add excitement to each bite.

After finding it easy to cook, now I am ready to try something different. May be we try to cook fried one. Looking forward for more experiments and fun.
