Ho' oponopono
Saying this Hawaiian prayer silently (to yourself, to the Universe, or to another) will create a shift in your consciousness that will help you break through old belief systems and realign with your higher self. By saying this mantra, we recognize that we take 100% responsibility for our "problems" and even those of the world. If the "problem" is in our awareness, we helped create it. We are also the solution. No blame, no guilt. Simple non-judgmental acknowledgement. This prayer alone has given me incredible insight regarding recent cabal news and everything associated.
