testing actifit

getting most of the 1st 5k step was easy enough throughout the day but that last 1k when it's too cold outside to walk had me pacing the whole length of the house so many times I lost count.
I wasn't going to start this until my treadmill got here in a week for that reason so i could walk anytime any weather conditions but decided best to figure this out before hand.
I have a few ideas to make my reports interesting once it gets here.
until then this will have to do.
