My Introduction To Hive

Hello my friends on Hive, this happens to be the first ever post I am making on Hive and this kicks start my journey on Hive as well, in a moment I will be sharing brief information about myself so you all get to know me better, though you just can't know someone as much as they know themselves but I will try as much as possible to be apt on my introduction.

My name is Idara-abasi Sunday and I go by the hive username @purpleidy23. I am from Uyo Local Government area of Akwa Ibom state of Nigeria. I am also currently basing here in Uyo which is also the capital city of Akwa Ibom state. I stay alone because I am working and schooling at the same time.

I am a bit of a traveller, I like exploring which will also add up to the contents I will be sharing here on hive. I have travelled to all the eastern states in Nigeria and I know how to speak the three main language (Hausa, Yoruba and Igbo) In Nigeria. I was born in Akwa Ibom state but was raised in Imo State of the country.

I am a student studying Guidance and Counselling in the prestigious University of Uyo here in Akwa Ibom state and hoping to make it out of here with the best grade I can, this is why is am still trusting on God for the grace and strength to push beyond barriers and most importantly I want to make my parents proud for believing in me this much to lay down their resources to make sure I attend the zenith of my education.

I am a good cook, I love cooking so much and this has been part of me since birth, I could spend the whole day cooking and will never for once get tired as much as I will be tired doing other stuffs. I also like travelling just like I said earlier, most times I just travel just to go and learn about other people's delicacies so I could replicate same when I come back to my home town and here is the picture for the testament of what I can do.

Additionally, I am a lover of nature, I like taking nature pictures, and sometimes I feel I connect with nature more than connect with some people. At my backyard I have trees sometimes I come here to just relax and ease my stress then make sure I revitalize myself after a stressful day or mostly when I bored staying home.

You might wonder who introduced me to hive, no one did, I have been an avid writer and I was just searching online on sites to write and at the same time incentivitize for doing so and I found Hive, I am already I love with.

Lastly, as much as it depends on me, I promise to do my best to keep to rules and regulations of Hive and make sure I maintain the community laid down rules and never try to make this space uncomfortable to other content creators. Thank you so much.
