Do not attempt to make you awesome by making somebody else degrade. The moment you think you've got the right to depreciate others since you're way better than they are is the minute you demonstrate you have got no control. Individuals tend to form others feel how they themselves feel, whether it's awesome or little. In case you can't offer help, assistance, support or adore, at slightest do everything in your control not to damage them or make them feel inferior. Treat everybody you meet with honor.
