Sceletium tortuosum (Kanna)
After being ripped off by an eBay seller selling me a plant that was listed as Sceletium tortuosum (kanna), but was actually Delosperma eckonis, you can see it in the second image (top-right).
A guy on an Australian Facebook group that specializes in plants offered to send me the right plant. It is really easy to propagate, being a succulent and all. You just break of a node or two and plant it in soil medium, and keep it slightly moist. Similar propagation method as you would with a trichocereus cactus.
