MY PREFERENCE AND WHY...

First, I like big houses.
Secondly,I am repairing to my test type of person.
So I am definitely going for a big, beautiful house but whose best years are behind it.

Not because it is cheap but because I would like to repair and remodel it myself,I am someone that doesn't joke with detailing.

I believe everything in a house is telling a story, starting from the number of rooms,the color of paint, to the last thing like the furniture,and mostly the quality of things are not good enough.

While when it comes to the color of paint some people don't like dark colors paint while some like dark colors and everyone has a reason for their preference.

Some people again don't like the dark colors paint but have to use it because of circumstances, circumstances where they have toddlers in the house maintenance becomes difficult.

In situations like this even after buying the house that is already repaired, remodeling is still needed,if the color is not suitable for you.

Now talking of the small house, which is mostly an issue, either now or later, because when children are growing up you will be out of space.

So when getting a house thinking of the future is necessary and important to avoid future inconvenience.

And for someone like me.i like having my paint,my furniture and interior decoration to blend with the same colors, remodeling is important oh.
