Help a Player Out?

I am looking for good information to help me inprove my gameplay. I am currently a 50/50 player and would like to improve my game. Any good guides out there that could assist me in improving my skills. I, always, seem to finish the season in Champion 3, but looking for end higher. I have managed to finish in Champion 1, once in the entire time I have been playing. As with everything I just want to feel like I am doing my best and currently feel I can do better. Thanks for any input. :D
