What should we submit to God for our prayers to be answered?

the husband and wife should tender benevolence to each other.

the husband should give what is due to her husband and the wife too.

The spouse doesn't have power over their own body but to the partner.

* There will be times when both spouse might need to abstain from sexual relationship. when they want to commune with God

Fasting is a special way of asking from God 🙏

• Fasting is an act we do with prayer.

• When should we fast?

• We can fast when we are believing God for healing, to seek the face of God, etc..

• When we fast we should fast even forgiving others.

• Fasting regenerates the immune system even in the elderly.

Fasting is very important.

• In fasting, we don't just fast, we can give good to the needy, setting the oppressed free.

• Maintaining sanity of the heart ❤️

What do spouse need to do for their prayers to be answered?

• Love each other

• Care and respect each other😉

• The husband and wife should be of good behavior as this will help to tame each to build even a good home
