Choose Positivity

When I started my journey to get sober there is one change I made that has affected every facet of my life for the better. I choose Love and Positivity first. I am human so I slip up sometimes but Love and Positivity takes on many forms.

I know that sounds cheesy but it is just a good way to live. I pick up trash everywhere I go. There are garbage cans everywhere and it is so easy to pick up garbage. This is the simplest way to just be positive and help make your community better. I honestly like to pick up garbage because no one else does it. I love to be the outlier in anything I can. I know that sounds selfish but everything we do is selfish. It has to be in some way or another. Even doing the right thing when no one is looking. We are selfish beings doing unselfish acts for selfish reasons.

The worth of humans is measured by the actions we take when no one is watrching.
