Inspiration
It's interesting where inspiration can be found. I find that nature is usually a good source of inspiration for me. Whether it is the ocean, some flowering plants, bushland, or simply slowing down and looking at the sky. The process of slowing down and appreciating what is around me is the key to connection to the Earth.
I also find inspiration in urban scapes like this view of Brisbane city.

It is so important to my wellbeing to make an effort to slow down and be present in the moment whenever I can. I am deliberately mindful of trying to be present, so I don't allow my life to pass me by without being a participant.
