Five minute Freewrite day 2805: not a myth
Hello everyone welcome to my blog
Anna had always hated exercise, often giving excuses and faking sickness to escape her morning routine. The few times she did join in, she'd complain so much she'd get permitted to take a break. As she grew up, Anna became very fat and shapeless. She'd admire models on TV and doubt their claims about keeping their bodies in shape through regular exercise, thinking it was not a myth that it was so easy.
Anna, doubting what the models said, went to the market to buy slimming tea recommended by her friends. She knew she'd never go for exercise, which was more reliable. After several months of taking the tea, Anna started noticing side effects like unnecessary tiredness and loss of appetite.
When Anna traced the weakness and loss of appetite to the slimming tea, she stopped taking it. After several days of persuasion and consideration, Anna decided to try exercise. To everyone's amazement, she tried it for many months and saw a significant change.
Anna finally realized that the models' claims about exercise being key to a good shape were not a myth. This realization encouraged her to keep up with her new exercise routine, leading to a healthier and happier life.
