The Tres Marias Part 2

Good day to everyone! This will be part 2 of the Tres Marias series where I post about my pet cats in our household. If you missed the first part, just head on here. I hope you'll guys have a fun read!

Our dear Gremline

Her name in Gremline, a local pusakal or pusang kalye as we call it, She was found by my uncle's maid who really does adore cats. Although my uncle is allergic to cats so she can't be brought inside. One day we visited them in a nearby city where I decided to take him home back to our place and we never knew how this would turn out.

She doesn't have a name to begin with and a weird tradition in our household that when we would name cats, their names would be associated with a unique trait of theirs. At the time we got her, she is very small and scrawny so dad decided to name her Gremline as she would look like those at the movies.

In the Philippines (my home country), Pusakal, as far as I can tell, is what you call for the cats that roam around the streets or kalye as we call it.

Normally, Grem would like to just loft around almost everywhere that is very soft like the sofa, and oftentimes she would lay beside you just admiring you while you do your own business. Also, she is the kind of cat that wouldn't like to be held or carried too long, she likes to be the one who will decide on what to do. Although, she is still lovable and cuddly sometimes minus the times when she loves to bite but in a playful manner.

As I said that Grem would be a great companion while you're doing your work, this clip was taken during my review session for a class the following day. She would stay at the side of the table and just lounge around or sometimes chew on some cables. It gives me some relief and quite an entertainment when I get to see her playing her tail.

That ends for Grem's part of the Tres Marias I hope you guys get to enjoy seeing her beauty and playfulness as I do. As a bonus, below is a shot of Grem and me one night while I was doing my school work.
