The twenty-eighth round of the Golden League, a rematch of Round 6 results, solidified the leaders' positions, and the defending champion and other mid-table players made key moves, closing in on the safe zone.

For an unknown reason, the Pole gifted the Bulgarian three points without a fight. Everything suggests that the direct match between the rivals in the next round will be decisive for the championship title.
