Go PLUR Yourself!

Seriously though, you should. Little else is important until you PLUR yourself!

PLUR, is short for Peace, Love, Unity and Respect. Now that you know what it means, it does not necessarily make PLURing yourself any easier.

These basic human principles gain much more power from us when we are able to not only shine them outward, but also shine them inward.

Peace. An inward peace means to not go to war with yourself and to accept your current form. You will make mistakes, that is ok. Accept responsibility and keep moving forward the best you can.

Love. An inward love can be shown with self-appreciation, support and understanding. Be there for yourself. Build your confidence from within. Appreciate the things you do for others, even if they go overlooked by everyone else. Life is not perfect and it can be cruel, so be ready to pat yourself on the back or show yourself some understanding when times get tough.

Unity. An inward unity means to line up your mind, body and soul the best you can. When we can bring together our passion with our current thoughts and physical actions, you can be sure that we will be content with whatever it is we are doing.

Respect. An inward respect is to be in tune and listening to your thoughts and feelings. Expressing them and engaging them. Staying true to your core principles, not compromising your moral integrity.

Once you have PLURed yourself, you will notice the peace, love, unity and respect you show to the World will strengthen, because you have built a strong PLUR foundation!
