Krispy Kreme - Blueberry Bloom
Hello All,
My husband bought this donut for both of us (yes, one each) as a surprise the same day I got the Hop into Easter box. I'm glad he did. We Werner sure if this donut was going to be around or if it would disappear the same time as the Easter donuts. Well I am pleased to say they are still around and I really must get in another one. You'll find out why in a bit.

This is a very new donut from Krispy Kreme. I have had a Powdered Blueberry before but that was a very long time ago. I'm sure over 5 years ago. This one is very different to that. This donut looks so appetising. I love the design of it. The icing looks intriguing and I like the crumble on top. The inside had this really delicate blueberry jam and white chocolate kreme. It was nice, but I would have liked a lot more blueberry flavour. I think the donut would have been a lot fruitier if it was filled with blueberry jam and nothing else. I think the icing was blueberry. It should be looking at the picture. I tasted this done about a week ago and I'm struggling to remember if the icing had blueberry flavour.
Oh well!! It means I need to go and have another donut so I can be sure about the icing. Not only that, but it makes a change for Krispy Kreme to bring out a new fruit flavoured donut. Fed up of the same raspberry and strawberry ones. Now I want one!!!
