The Cherry Invasion
In our garden, there's a cherry tree that’s so laden with fruit, it seems almost overrun by cherries. This year, it's produced an astonishing amount, more than any previous season. With so many cherries crowding the branches, they've grown a bit smaller than usual but have lost none of their delightful flavor.
Adjacent to this tree is another cherry tree, still sporting green cherries that ripen later in the season. These will be perfect for making compotes and jams once they're fully ripe, homemade delights that promise to sweeten our pantry.
All of these photos were snapped with my OnePlus mobile phone. I chose not to edit them this time; I wanted to showcase the natural allure of these vibrant cherries. I hope these images don't make you too envious of our lush cherry bounty! 😄
