open source for web 3.0

I've invested in various nft services in the meantime, and I've seen them go bankrupt. If the team developing the service disappears, we have nothing left.

Web 3.0 should be based on open source.
Rather than running on a centralized server, anyone should be able to take it and use it.

I will release delog.io as an open source and make it easy to run on Github pages.

The service should forever.
