Muy buenas a todos y un cordial saludo amigos y amigas de EspaVlog, soy Luis Romero Hive account@pimoswo, el día de hoy les traigo un poco de mi avance con mi recuperación, está siendo un camino bastante largo y costoso pero la salud es primordial y debemos hacer lo que sea por estar mejor, aunque ya hayan malas noticias.

Ya estamos en la fase de fortalecimiento mientras a su vez seguimos trabajando el rango articular, he estado progresando poco a poco pero a un buen ritmo. Igualmente en un futuro tendré limitaciones respecto a mi deporte y es lo que me tiene triste. Posiblemente por esta caída mi carrera de atleta se acabe, pero debo seguir adelante con mi vida. Las cosas suceden por algo. 😔

We are already in the strengthening phase while at the same time we continue to work on the articular range, I have been progressing little by little but at a good pace. However, in the future I will have limitations regarding my sport and that is what makes me sad. Possibly because of this fall my career as an athlete is over, but I have to move on with my life. Things happen for a reason. 😔
