Chi siamo

Vi incoraggio a continuare a partecipare al CHI SIAMO con il quale stiamo preparando il post per l'11 di settembre ci sono già @marcuz @claudio83 @dexpartacus @mad-runner @vittoriozuccala @blumela @serialfiller e @lorenzopistolesi. Se avessi dimenticato qualcuno vi prego di segnalarmelo menzionando @pilor.

Il perché di questa nuova introduceyourself?

Curation giornaliera

Per fare evolvere la community italiana ovviamente, sponsorizzati da @theycallmedan e @threespeak. Abbiamo a disposizione 2 upvotes al giorno, quindi per farla semplice creiamo un dpool come proposto da @defesox ma semplificato. Vi propongono che ognuno di voi una (max due volte) la settimana trovando un post particolarmente bello metta nel messaggio sotto il post "@pilor curate" oltre il vostro commento ovviamente. Almeno vado a votarlo con i 4-5 $ circa. Creando de facto una specie di team di curation. Ovviamente se ce ne fossero troppi dovrò fare una selezione. Abbiamo a disposizione 14 voti settimanali quindi pensavo di rimanere intorno ai 14 utenti.

Curation mensile

Inoltre c'è da scrivere il post per l'11 di ogni mese per far vedere a Dan e 3speak quello che abbiamo fatto. Il post viene redatto da uno di voi, pensavo @mad-runner questo mese, nel quale si ricapitola l'azione della community:

• Il "Chi siamo" di presentazione (affrettatevi ad inviare a @pilor il vostro)
• Introduzione del team di curation con le modalità con curate @pilor
• Attività di Onboarding (Twitter, Youtube, vita reale)
• Altro, scrivete nei commenti cosa volete aggiungere. Bello sarebbe che ognuno partecipasse.

Il post mi piacerebbe fosse pubblicato su Hive Music Italia e cross postato su Olio di Balena. Proprio per creare già le basi per decentralizzare gli utenti italiani che verranno.
Il reward del post pensavo di inviarne un 50% verso @pilor che sarà una cassa comune gestita da @lorenzopistolesi (almeno ne abbiamo 2 con quella di @oliodibalena gestita da @webdeals) e il rimanente 50% ripartirlo nei beneficiari tra tutti quelli che hanno partecipato e parteciperanno all'introduceyourself CHI SIAMO.
PS. Questa curation potrebbe durare qualche settimana, qualche mese o qualche anno, finchè 3speak vedrà la nostra buona volontà di diffondere Hive intorno a noi.

The why of this new introduceyourself?

Daily curation

To make the Italian community evolve, of course, sponsored by @theycallmedan and @ 3speak. We have 2 upvotes a day, so to keep it simple we create a simplified dpool. They propose that each of you once (max twice) a week, finding a particularly nice post, put in the message under the post "@pilor curate" as well as your comment of course. At least I'm going to vote for it with about $ 4-5. By de facto creating a kind of curation team. Obviously if there were too many I will have to make a selection. We have 14 votes per week so I thought I'd stay around 14 users.

Monthly Curation

Also we have to write the post for the 11th of each month to show Dan and 3speak what we have done. The post is written by one of you, I thought @ mad-runner this month, which summarizes the action of the community:

• The presentation "About us" (hurry up to send yours to @pilor)
• Introduction of the curation team with the modalities with curate @pilor
• Onboarding activities (Twitter, Youtube, real life)
• Other, write in the comments what you want to add. It would be nice for everyone to participate.

I would like the post published on Hive Music Italia and cross posted on Olio di Balena. Precisely to create the basis for decentralizing the Italian users to come. The reward of the post I thought of sending a 50% to @pilor which will be a common fund managed by @lorenzopistolesi (at least we have 2 with that of @oliodibalena managed by @webdeals) and the remaining 50% will be distributed among the beneficiaries among all those who have participated and will participate in introduceyourself WHO WE ARE.
