Blockchain help needed

About a month ago I noticed a transaction I didn't make. All of my HIVE (7.338) was sent to rocky8796@rocky8796. I spent hours looking into it but I didn't find anything useful so I moved on. Today I log in to see that the same has happened with my HBD (40.682). It's sent to him again and I didn't do this. I need some help because all of my research has led to frustration and it feels like I am being robbed.
