Chilling at the park

Did my grocery shopping yesterday for myself and Hamish. They say that ships are no longer docking at the ports here because of the tariffs, so shortages and even higher prices may be on the way. Sigh. At least we are stocked up for now.

I was able to get some bones for Hamish at the grocery store. He's had cooked ones from Chewy and loved them, so hopefully he likes these too (supposedly they are less likely to break if raw, though I haven't seen any breakage in the cooked ones, either).

Today in asinine marketing, they felt the need to say that the recycled paper tissues were "plant based." Yeah. Trees are plants. For fuck's sake.

Only on the recycled ones, of course. Gotta use those catch phrases to try and get your target demographic. 😒

I do buy recycled paper products; though I primarily use cloth handkerchiefs, Keep a box of tissues around for guests/if all my handkerchiefs are dirty. I bought Green Forest recycled ones instead.
