[Features request] Add a button for "Pause/Continue" feature during ongoing recording process

This feature request article is for Onix Mp3 Recorder.

Overview

I switch to this open source recorder application when I have to record something very important details as I find this application to have a very clear recording result. This application despite in small in size, but this application delivers a clear sounds and a good result.

Suggestion

My features request to this mentioned open source application is to add a button for "Pause/Continue" feature during ongoing recording process.

The application for now, does support only a continuous recording and it cannot be pause in the middle of a recording session. As seen in the photo below, taken from my device, the recording process will automatically stop when the Stop button will be press. Direct to say, the only button for recording process is Stop button only and nothing else.

Importance

I am requesting this feature as I find this very important to the application. I decided to record the important conversion of a Filipino play from a radio to be used in our literary play for our class presentation. The program in a radio has an advertisement and I don't want to record it as my main focus is the the show only, but I have problem dealing with it because I can't pause the recording process during advertisement period of the program.

Direct to say, the button about Pause/Continue is very important to every user of the application because the user has an option to pause the recording process in a not so important part and continue again the recording process during important part without stopping the recording session.

Conclusion

For sure, there are a lot of user that can benefit this feature if added to the application. This is very important feature for me because recording session is not a continuous process and there are times that the recorder will have to pause in awhile in the middle of recording session and the Pause/Continue button is very important to the cite instances.
