Start farming today
This leek that is growing now is at least 2 years old because they were here at the same place last year. Faced the first green color to emerge on the still lifeless land after harsh cold winter. I plans to make buchujeon(Korean style pizza), one of the folk food that makes the liver healthy for Koreans later.
I plowed the garden today and plan to plant potatoes next week. On the opposite side of the slope, where there is a barbed wire fence, peas that need a pole to be raised will be planted. I'm looking forward to seeing the green leaves of peas with a slightly milky color. As a child, I didn't like rice mixed with beans very much, but I liked it as much as rice with peas. Just imagining the scent of rice, in which randomly mixed peas have been cooked, makes my mouth water.
