Inner clarity 1

Bardo Stages

Consciousness is said to be a continuous process in which awakening repetitively arises and disappears. Tibetan monks define Bardo when they meditate on the process of death and rebirth. However, Bardo can be classified by expanding the scope to an intermediate stage in the process of consciousness arising and disappearing in every life period. Couldn't it be the insight, what they call vipassana, if a person can observe the moment, tight interval of consciousness and decide what he will do? Meditation is a practice to achieve Inner clarity.
