First Step

Hello everyone. This is my first post in this amazing community of mushroom enthusiasts, and I couldn't arrive empty-handed. I'm taking this opportunity to share some photos I've taken at different times, small, scattered encounters that now come together here as a prelude to what's to come.

I've always been fascinated by that world that grows hidden from our eyes, in the soil or on damp wood, concealed, as if it doesn't want to be fully discovered. Mushrooms have that mystery; then a part of them emerges without warning, transforming everything they touch and disappearing with the same discretion with which they arrived.

Now, in my region, the season begins with the arrival of the rains. It's a time that changes the landscape and awakens life. I know that with each downpour, new shapes, colors, and textures will emerge, waiting to be observed. With a bit of luck, I'll try to capture them and share them here.

These images I'm sharing with you today are the first step on this path of observation and learning. I hope this season brings many joys, discoveries, and genuine moments in nature.

Hola a todos. Esta es mi primera publicación en esta increíble comunidad de entusiastas de los hongos, y no podía llegar con las manos vacías. Aprovecho la ocasión para compartir algunas fotos que he tomado en distintos momentos, pequeños encuentros dispersos que hoy se reúnen aquí como la antesala de lo que está por venir.

Siempre me ha llamado la atención ese mundo que crece oculta a nuestros ojos, en el suelo o sobre la madera húmeda, oculto, como si no quisiera ser descubierto del todo. Los hongos tienen ese misterio, luego una parte de ellos emerge sin aviso, mientras transforman lo que tocan y desaparecen con la misma discreción con la que llegaron.

Ahora, en mi región, comienza la temporada con la llegada de las lluvias. Es un tiempo que cambia el paisaje y despierta la vida. Sé que, con cada aguacero, surgirán nuevas formas, colores y texturas esperando ser observadas. Con un poco de suerte intentaré captarlas y mostrarlas aquí.

Estas imágenes que les comparto hoy, son el primer paso en este camino de observación y aprendizaje. Espero que esta temporada traiga muchas satisfacciones, descubrimientos y momentos genuinos en contacto con la naturaleza.
También espero poder aprender de ustedes, de sus experiencias y conocimientos, y así ir afinando la mirada para apreciar mejor estos pequeños universos que crecen bajo nuestros pies.
