It's a Friday that's almost over.
A day of repairs at home, some worries, and a feeling of malaise since I woke up.
I didn't wake up early today, but I would have preferred to. I was having nightmares, and it was quite unpleasant, even more unpleasant that I couldn't wake up.
When I woke up, my body felt like I'd been beaten. I remembered that this is something that can happen when the body contracts its muscles due to nervous tension, so you can imagine how annoying and agitated my nightmare was today.
I've been sluggish all day, and I really struggled to get any work done with the email. Anyway, I hope everyone feels better tomorrow.

Es un viernes que está por terminar.
Un día de reparaciones en casa, algunas preocupaciones, y un malestar desde que desperté.
No desperté temprano hoy, pero lo hubiera preferido. Estuve soñando con pesadillas, y fue bastante desagradable, más desagradable aún era que no me lograba despertar.
Al despertar, tenía el cuerpo como si me hubieran dado una paliza. Recordé que eso es algo que puede pasar cuando el cuerpo contrae los músculos por tensión nerviosa, así que te podrás imaginar que tan molesta y agitada fue mi pesadilla de hoy.
En todo el día he estado lento, y de verdad que me costó trabajo tratar de sacar adelante algún trabajo del correo. En fin, ojalá que ya mañana todos estemos mejor.
